Acronym Soup
MPLS, VPLS, MFA, MEF, PON, WiFi, WiMax -- what do they all mean ? What's important to you ? Can you afford to not know what these technologies are ? Are these unnecessary expenses or are they the groundwork for profitable services ? Most importantly, even if you know you need to make changes to your network, how do you time your capital expenditures with sufficient consideration for deployment and testing for full service delivery ? Timing your capital expenes is critical. Too early and you could waste money. Too late and you will miss market opportunities.

These pages will never suffice to capture the wealth of information available on the Internet. But then again, the Internet will never suffice to capture the knowledge that I and my colleagues have developed over years of experience. Use the Internet to find information. Work with me to develop knowledge and experience.

Value
What's more costly a capital mistake or  strategic mistake? You decide. Capital mistakes can be corrected with capital. Strategic mistakes will cost you capital -- and likeley your customers as well. Even worse, you coud loose both your customers and your employees. A strategy for a network is like a budget for a business. If you have a network that you rely on for your business and you DO NOT have a strategy -- then you are running your business without a budget. Manage your risk. Develop a strategy. I can help you develop your strategy.
